Refund and Cancellation Policy

Founder's Math is a subscription to a mental math course. This page explains how to cancel, when we return money, and how long it takes.

The free trial

Every plan starts with 7 days free. You enter payment details when the trial begins, nothing is charged during those 7 days, and the first payment lands on day 8. We send a reminder before it, so the charge never arrives as a surprise. Cancel before the trial ends and you are charged nothing at all.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel at any time through the Manage subscription link in any receipt Paddle sends you, or by writing to us at the address below. There is no cancellation fee and no need to explain yourself. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew after that. Your progress and streaks stay in the app: if you subscribe again later, they are still there.

If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple manages that subscription: cancel it in Settings on your device under your Apple Account, and ask Apple for a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund a payment that went through the App Store.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full. You do not need a reason. This covers the first payment after a trial, a renewal you did not expect, and an annual plan you changed your mind about.

After 14 days we still read every request. If the app was unavailable, a renewal slipped past you unused, or something on our side went wrong, write to us and we sort it out. Where the law of your country gives you a longer right to withdraw, that law applies and we follow it.

How to ask

Write to hello@foundersmath.app from the email address you used at checkout, reply to the receipt, or use the contact page. We answer refund requests within 2 business days.

How long the money takes

Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. PayPal is normally faster.

Who processes the payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which is why the charge on your statement reads Paddle. A refund we approve is paid out through Paddle to the same card or account.
