Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

This site introduces the Founder's Math app, lets you join its waitlist, and sells a subscription to the course. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Founder's Math is a trading name of Valentin Tomilin, an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) registered in the Republic of Armenia, state registration number 286.1588857, tax identification number 20317045, registered at Teryan Street 68, apt. 3, Yerevan 0009, Armenia. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that business.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to buying anything. Early-access invitations go out in signup order, and early members get the founder's pricing we announce at launch. What we cannot promise is a specific launch date. We will email you when your turn comes; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Subscriptions and billing

Access to the full course is sold as a subscription. Current plans and prices live on the pricing page: $9 a month or $90 a year, with a founder's rate of $4.99 a month or $59.88 a year for waitlist members who join before launch. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, and any local sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices for future periods, and we will tell you by email before a change reaches your subscription. The founder's rate is the exception we hold ourselves to: while your subscription runs without a break, we do not raise it.

You must be 18 or older to buy a subscription. It is sold for personal use, and it is a service rather than a product we ship: after payment you sign in to the app on your iPhone with the same email address and the full course opens at once, with nothing to deliver physically. If access does not open, write to us and we fix it or refund you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means it takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles sales tax, and the charge on your statement reads Paddle. Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple instead, under Apple's own terms.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time through the Manage subscription link in any receipt Paddle sends you, or by writing to us, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy: ask within 14 days of a charge and we return it in full. A subscription bought inside the iPhone app is cancelled and refunded by Apple instead.

Your account

The subscription is for one person. Keep your login to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account that shares access, resells it, or abuses the service, and we tell you why.

Content

Everything on this site, including texts, technique write-ups, illustrations, and the Heron character, belongs to Founder's Math. You are welcome to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes; please do not republish it as your own.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version always lives on this page; continued use of the site means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, where the business is registered, and disputes we cannot settle by writing to each other go to the courts there. If you buy as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you keep the right to bring a claim under it.
