Privacy Policy

Founder's Math is a mental math training app. This site introduces the app and collects a waitlist. This page explains what data the site touches and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Email address, when you join the waitlist or write to us through the contact page.
• Usage analytics, collected via PostHog: pages viewed, sections scrolled, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and session recordings that show how the page is used.
• One analytics cookie, used to tell returning visitors from new ones. No advertising cookies, no data sold to anyone.

How we use it

• To email you about early access and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which parts of the page work and improve them.

Who processes it

Analytics is processed by PostHog (hosted in the US). Emails are delivered by Resend. Waitlist addresses are stored on our own infrastructure.

When you buy

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Your card details go to Paddle and never reach us: Paddle is a separate controller of that data and processes it under its own privacy policy. From our side we see your email address, which plan you are on, and whether the subscription is active. We keep those records while your subscription runs and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who the controller is

The controller of the data on this site is Valentin Tomilin, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia, tax identification number 20317045, Teryan Street 68, apt. 3, Yerevan 0009, Armenia. That means data leaves the UK and the European Economic Area when you use the site: we rely on the standard contractual clauses our providers offer, and we keep the transfer to what the service needs. If you are in the UK or the EEA you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to analytics, and we act on it. We handle waitlist emails and subscription records because you asked for the service or bought it, and analytics with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie banner.

Your choices

• Turn analytics and session recording off at any time: the Manage button in the cookie banner.
• Unsubscribe from emails with one click, or reply asking to be removed.
• Ask us to delete your email from the waitlist via the contact page.

Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until the app launches or until you ask us to remove yours. Analytics data is kept under PostHog's standard retention.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us their email, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
